A Flat Head Full Hexagon Body Rivet Nut provides a strong captivated thread in thin panels, especially where only one side of the panel is accessible (e.g., box or tube sections). Available in steel and stainless steel, these rivet nuts can be installed into panels as thin as 0.5mm. Unlike self-clinching nuts, they don’t have maximum hardness limitations, making them suitable for hard or non-ductile panels. Their advantage lies in on-site installation and repair work, replacing failed fasteners.
