2025年1月4日晚，主题为“美业风华 格高意远 斯文雅聚”的余姚市美格斯紧固件有限公司年会盛典，在荣公馆4楼紫金盛宴厅隆重举办。此次活动有来自美格斯公司全体员工和多家优秀合作伙伴的重要领导出席。
五点十八分，年会盛典在外籍乐队的专业表演中准时拉开了帷幕。首先，美格斯紧固件的总裁李冬先生向到场的嘉宾朋友致感谢辞，代表公司全体员工对长期以来对美格斯公司给予支持与帮助的各级领导、各合作单位及合作伙伴致以最诚挚的谢意。李总详细介绍了美格斯紧固件近一年来的发展历程及诸多挑战，他还表示：“2025年是我们美格斯人值得骄傲的一年，是我们美格斯人挑战自我、超越自我的一年。面对日益变幻的市场风云，我们迎难而上，在激烈的市场竞争中，勇立潮头，在市场的波涛中歌唱，在竞争的刀锋上舞蹈，用行动谱写了一首首美格斯人的赞歌。”
随后，总经理李总对2024年度优秀员工：冯余彬、汪晶晶、徐特科、何科佳、毛巧月、龚美丹、王晨、陈波、吴小玲进行表彰。世间鲜有无缘无故的成功，唯有持之以恒的坚守。正是所有同仁的努力为美格斯的稳步发展谱写新的篇章。
接下来，是五载耕耘奖和十年功勋奖的颁布。在公司的发展历程里，每一份付出都会被看到，每一份汗水都会被铭记。
紧接着是美格斯采购经理的发言。冯经理表示：公司一路砥砺前行，不断发展壮大，我们员工的福利也越来越多。正是公司的蓬勃发展，人文关怀，让我们全体员工能全身心地投入到工作当中。
最后，喝暖心的酒，讲知心的话，全体员工一起上台举杯。伴随着欢歌笑语，精彩舞蹈，美格斯年会盛典就此结束。今日暂别是为了下次重逢续情，此刻挥手，奔赴明日绮约。朋友们，我们来年再会。
On the evening of January 4, 2025, the grand annual gala of ''Yuyao Meigesi Fastener Co., Ltd.'', themed "Elegance in Beauty, Lofty Aspirations, and Refined Gatherings," was held in the Zijin Banquet Hall on the 4th floor of the Rong Mansion. The event was attended by all employees of Meigesi and important leaders from numerous outstanding partner companies.
At 5:18 PM, the gala commenced with a professional performance by a foreign band. Mr. Li Dong, President of Meigesi Fasteners, delivered a speech of gratitude to the guests, expressing the sincerest thanks on behalf of all employees to the leaders, partners, and collaborators who have long supported and assisted Meigesi. Mr. Li detailed the company's development journey and the numerous challenges faced over the past year. He stated, "2025 is a year of pride for Meigesi, a year in which we challenged and surpassed ourselves. Facing the ever-changing market dynamics, we rose to the challenge, stood at the forefront of fierce market competition, sang amidst the market waves, and danced on the edge of competition, composing a series of praises for Meigesi with our actions."
Following this, Mr. Li, the General Manager, recognized the outstanding employees of 2024: Feng Yubin, Wang Jingjing, Xu Teke, He Kejia, Mao Qiaoyue, Gong Meidan, Wang Chen, Chen Bo, and Wu Xiaoling. Success is rarely without reason, but rather the result of persistent dedication. It is the collective effort of all colleagues that has written a new chapter in the steady development of Meigesi.
Next, the Five-Year Cultivation Award and the Ten-Year Meritorious Service Award were presented. In the company's development journey, every effort is seen, and every drop of sweat is remembered.
Following this, the Purchasing Manager of Meigesi delivered a speech. Manager Feng stated, "As the company continues to forge ahead and grow, the welfare of our employees has also increased.
