Meigesi Fastener boasts a highly sophisticated packaging line. Our small packaging can be customized according to customer requirements. In addition to conventional Pouch and plastic boxes, paper boxes (color boxes) are also common packaging methods. We have a complete packaging production line where products are transported to the packaging line for boxing, palletizing, and storage after production.
This article will introduce our paper box packaging line, specifically covering the following five sections: feeding, automatic dispensing, packing and sealing, palletizing and wrapping, and storage.
1. Feeding: This step involves transferring products from the production line to the packaging area.
2. Automatic Dispensing: Using dispensing machines to place products into paper boxes.
3. Packing and Sealing: Sealing the boxes with tape, done both manually and by machines.
4. Palletizing and Wrapping: Neatly stacking the sealed boxes onto pallets and wrapping them with stretch film to prevent any displacement.
5. Storage: Transporting the palletized boxes to the warehouse for storage.
